North Hill offers delivery in France for all orders above 100 €, in Europe for any order above 150 € and outside Europe for any order above 250 €.

This offer does not apply during sales periods. We ship worldwide. Our orders are shipped via Colissimo sign-on-receipt delivery, or Colissimo Relay.

Delivery times are given as an indication.

Orders placed after 10:00 am will be shipped the next day. During sales periods deliveries may be delayed due to the large number of orders.

Taxes and Duties


For orders outside of the EU : All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price. North Hill cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.


All returns must be sent back within 14 days in accordance with the Hamon law (article L221-18 of the Consumer Code.) at the following adres:

Returned items must be in their original condition. They will be refunded according to the method of payment used for the purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, the costs of return remain the responsibility of the buyer, and will not be refunded.

Returns with damaged items, missing original labels or original polybag, as well as incomplete orders will not be refunded.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at or + 33 (0) 1 70 69 48 95 immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non refundable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

You have up to 14 days after receipt of your order to return it to us.
